We currently offer free shipping within the US on orders over $75.
We accept returns on canvases, unopened skeins of thread, and unopened accessories. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
